According to the Collection’s website, “Diamond Collection members provide the amenities that today’s travelers require, including private baths, free Internet service, luxury appointments and amenities, professional staffing, and flexible check-in/out times.” In the case of the Bentwood Inn, the list also includes a private fireplace in each guestroom, a full chef prepared breakfast each morning and an evening social hour with complimentary appetizers.
